Suning Galaxy International Hotel Xuzhou

The beautiful views from the room and excellent breakfast buffet made our romantic escape unforgettable. the gym and heated pool were also top notch. Location next to a big shopping mall was convenient for dining and shopping.

The bathtub was small and the pool was a bit cold and sometimes crowded. Some construction around the area was a downside, but understandable for a rapidly growing city in China.

The hotel is conveniently located in a shopping mall, which makes it easy to find restaurants and shops. the rooms are spacious, clean, and offer great views over the city, the lake, and the mountains. the staff is friendly and makes an effort to communicate well in English. the hotel has excellent fitness facilities with unusual jacuzzi features, and the upgraded deluxe rooms come with motion sensor night lights.

There aren't many vegetarian options offered in both Western and Chinese restaurants.

The hotel was an impressive venue that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. the facilities were luxurious, especially the indoor swimming pool, steam room, and heated swimming pool. My room had exclusive amenities and was very spacious, providing a fantastic view of the city. I also enjoyed the restaurant and bar/lounge area, and the location was exceptional.

the hotel staff at check-out didn't provide me with a car park coupon, but it was necessary, so I wasted 15 minutes resolving the issue.

We had an very nice stay in this hotel. The facilities are excellent; they have a heated pool, gym, and steam room. Our room had an amazing view of the city, fantastic during sunsets. The staff was excellent, very polite, accommodating, and cute, especially the Front Office Manager Amy Chen, who helped us with our pre-arrangements and upgrade. Breakfast was another highlight; the buffet had an excellent choice of food, and the Christmas dinner was lovely with many festive details.

The room had amazing views of the city and the lake, and it was so relaxing to watch the sunset from there. The hotel also had a fantastic gym, heated pool, and steam room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, as it was right next to a big shopping mall, offering a wide range of shopping and dining options.

One drawback was that there were limited dining options for vegetarians at both the western and Chinese restaurants, with only a few side dishes available. Also, while the pool was great, it seemed to be shared with non-hotel guests who were doing serious laps, making it difficult for hotel guests to enjoy a relaxing swim. Finally, the bathtub was smaller than expected, compared to other hotels. Despite these small negatives, my experience at this hotel was enjoyable overall.
